Network One Maternity

Nurturing your Journey to Motherhood

Care that is coordinated. Fees that are clear.

At Network One Health, maternity care is designed as a programme, not a series of disconnected appointments. Our fees follow the same philosophy: clear, personalised, and agreed upfront.

We believe you should understand what your care involves—and what it costs—before you commit.

Start with a comprehensive assessment

Every pregnancy journey begins with a detailed clinical assessment. This allows us to understand your health, your pregnancy, and your preferences, and to design a care pathway that is safe, appropriate, and coordinated.

Assessment fee: R4 600

This assessment includes:

  • Review of your medical history and previous pregnancies, where relevant
  • Review of existing results and current medications
  • A full clinical and maternity risk assessment, antenatal blood tests, and booking ultrasound scan
  • Discussion of your preferences for pregnancy care and birth
  • Planning of your pregnancy, birth, and early postnatal care pathway

Following this assessment, we define the scope of care you need and prepare a written, personalised fee quote.

Your inclusive maternity care fee

Once your care pathway is agreed, we issue one all‑inclusive fee for your Network One Health maternity programme.
This fee covers your care from pregnancy confirmation through to postnatal discharge, delivered by a coordinated clinical team.
Inclusive maternity care fees start from approximately R40 000, after assessment.

Your final fee depends on your individual clinical needs, including:

  • Pregnancy complexity and risk profile
  • Parity and prior birth history
  • Planned mode of delivery
  • Choice and timing of tests and scans
  • The number of clinical touchpoints required for safe care

Most clients receive their personalised quote at, or shortly after, their assessment.

What your fee includes is documented in writing before you proceed.
Any changes to fees occur only if the agreed scope of care changes, and these are discussed in advance.

What sits outside the programme fee

We are equally transparent about what is not included in the maternity programme fee.

Costs outside the inclusive fee may include:

  • Emergency transfers requiring specialist surgical intervention beyond the planned scope of care
  • Neonatal intensive care
  • Medical conditions unrelated to pregnancy that require separate specialist management

These exclusions are clearly documented in your care agreement.

Our pricing approach

Most maternity care is priced per visit, per test, and per professional. Costs accumulate over time, and the final bill often becomes clear only after birth.

Network One Health was designed differently.
We use a global fee model:

  • We assess first
  • We define your care pathway
  • We agree on one fee
  • We document what is included
  • We explain what would change the fee, before it changes

This approach supports continuity of care, financial predictability, and trust.

We are not the cheapest option available.
We are the most coordinated and predictable one.

Prices Over Time

Fees are reviewed periodically and are confirmed in writing at the time of assessment. All prices remain subject to change without notice.
